I checked my now abandoned The Forgotten Concept Cars of the Year folder of photos and can't seem to find a photo of it. It could be an one-off for the manufacturer that made these wheels. Some wheel manufacturers hired a contractor to build a running or rolling one-off to demonstrate their new wheels.

Holy shit, I actually saw this car today at Cars and Coffee Santa Barbara. It's a custom built, one off car designed by the owner. Its powered by a Chevy 502, and it sounds pretty nice. I talked to the owner, he was a pretty cool guy, however I didn't get his name. This is a hell of coincidence, hope that this helps.

I guess the pic was taken at the 2010 Lexani Festival in L.A. The sponsor logos are, L to R: Borla, Wet Works Garage, McLeod Clutches, PPG, Nida Co....?, Goodyear.

Wet Works likely either built or at least painted it, but it's not on their Facebook or their shitty website .

Since a hole-in-the-wall shop was involved, I'd have to assume it's a one-off.
